JIFF — seed collision scan

Reads cached jiffs from your local jiff-archive IndexedDB (populated by /jiff as you scroll), groups by seed, surfaces collisions. Two mints with the same seed = identical JIFF — happens when the hook's _randomSeed didn't churn between mints (e.g. LP removeLiquidity fires _afterTokenTransfer but NOT afterSwap, so _randomizeSeed never runs and the next mint reuses the stale seed).
